Policies and Such
My general philosophy is that I want my clients to love the products they have purchased. The more you love it, the more you wear it. And I want to see people in my products. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, contact me right away so we can get you into a product that makes you completely happy.
Customer Service
Feel free to contact me via phone or email as listed on the contact page. If you do not reach me by phone, please leave a message. I will respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours.
Shipping
All of our shipping is sent via U.S. Mail. I make each item myself upon receiving your order. You will receive your item within 14 days of placing your order. If you need your order sooner, please let me know in your comments.
Shipping on most items domestically is $4.60. An order with multiple items may cost more.
Pick It Up (Instead of Having it Shipped)
If you would prefer to pick up your item instead of having it shipped, just click Pick Up when filling out your shopping basket information. We will contact you to setup a time to pick up your item. If you have any special needs or questions, write them in the comments box on the last page of the checkout process, or send us an email.
Returns
If your item has not been worn, we will gladly accept returns. Return the unworn item to us within 7 days for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return items. Mail your items to:
