Customer Service
Feel free to contact me via phone or email as listed on the
contact page. If you do not reach me by
phone, please leave a message. I will
respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours.
Shipping
All of our shipping is sent via U.S. Mail, and most items
will ship within xx day(s) of order, unless it is out of stock. Your items
should arrive within X-X days from the day you placed the order, for deliveries
within the U.S.
Shipping on most items domestically is $X, and
internationally $X. An order with multiple
items may cost more.
Pick It Up (Instead of Having it Shipped)
If you would prefer to pick up your item instead of having
it shipped, just click Pick Up when filling out your shopping basket
information. We will contact you to set
up a time to pick up your item. If you
have any special needs or questions, you can write them in the comments box on
the last page of the checkout process, or send us an email.
Returns
If your item has not been worn, we will gladly accept
returns. Return the item to us within xx days for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the shipping
